The position will conduct due diligence for new acquisitions, create integration budgets, estimate resource requirements, facilitate a recurring IT Governance meeting to obtain buy-in from IT Executives, and manage key IT project work streams.Key Responsibilities Liaise between Business Operations, IT leadership and technical teams Track and manage interdependencies between various IT workstreams Balance multiple conflicting requirements and priorities Project management of key IT workstreams Promote standard solutions when they make sense Identify areas within MSH that lack efficient process and procedure and help to drive agreed upon, efficient steps and practices for teams to follow that generate standard results. Minimum Requirements:- 6+ year s systems experience including 5+ years managerial experience- Experience defining and implementing IT strategies in support of business requirements- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience Critical Skills: Strong subject matter knowledge on the full spectrum of IT building blocks particularly network, data centers, end user computing, telephony, mobility solutions, and systems integration. Program/Project Management Strong business acumen Capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Collaboration and talent to deal with complex situations The ability to perform as an IT consultant to the business Experience with ITIL Excellent communication skills Additional Knowledge/Skills Experience project managing M&A integration activities Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field Masters in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred Additional Skills: End state objective: all servers, applications and computers will be on a managed domain and network Responsibilities: Work with application subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine disposition plan for all applications hosted in the datacenter Work with technical SMEs to determine migration strategy and detailed plan to migrate applications and sites (according to disposition) Create a detailed workplan that includes a work breakdown, critical milestone dates, a RAID log and a communication plan Facilitate regular project team meetings to review progress Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders Provide monthly updates to Governance team Scope: 40 servers (36 hosted in primary corp location + 4 hosted in satellite office) 43 applications ~110 sites (includes 3 corporate locations + 100+ clinical locations) Associated topics: chief program officer, cpo, manage, manager, management, monitor, product manager, project manager, relationship manager, task Associated topics: chief program officer, cpo, manage, manager, management, monitor, product manager, project manager, relationship manager, task
