Job Description 3rd Party Applications Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and resolving any potential performance issues in 3rd Party Applications that the team supports. The Administrator will also be responsible for building dataprocess flows for Business Units based on requirements and build flows within the application. 3rd Party Applications Administrator will liaison with various Business Units to help map and track requirements to business process flows and technology solutions. This role will also require access to sensitive data. Confidentiality around sensitive or classified customer and employee information will be required.Required Skills 61485 Experience with administering OnBase, OpenText Captiva required. Experience with other documents management and scanning products with OnDemand, KTA (Kofax) OpenText Captiva, Formware and Teleform highly desired. 61485 Maintain and resolve issues pertaining Scanning and Document Management products. 61485 Experience with OnBase Workflow and API required. Experience with OnBase WorkView and Reporting Dashboards a big plus. 61485 Require excellent SQL query skills in SQL Server. 61485 Some experience with VB.Net or C required with ability to understand code and re-factor it. 61485 Troubleshoot and resolve systemdatabase performance issues. 61485 Perform application upgrades and apply appropriate software updatespatches. 61485 Set up LDAP connectivity for different domains, if needed. 61485 Occasionally write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks. 61485 Work with Technical Operations and create security groups for users. 61485 Integration with relevant external tools. 61485 Create work flows for users, based on process flows defined by business unit.
